Returns & Refunds Policy:

Refunds will be accepted in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

We are not legally required to provide refunds, returns or replacements of any products if you change your mind. 

We aim to please and will gladly replace or credit items which are defective or have been shipped in error.

 

All returns must be authorised. To request a return and obtain authorisation please email  enquiries@lean2pro.com.au  include your invoice number and a complete explanation for requesting a return.


Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of product.


We recommend you retain your proof of purchase to assist in any returns, refunds and or warranty claims. However, we do retain a record of your order both electronically and in hardcopy for our records.


While your order is being processed and prior to dispatch. You may cancel all or any part of your order due to circumstances beyond your reasonable control (e.g. loss of employment, serious injury or illness).

 

A request to cancel an order after the goods have been dispatched will only be refunded when the goods have been returned at the buyer’s expense. They must be received by us unopened and in the original packaging. At our discretion, a small handling fee may be abled and only a partial refund given.

To reduce the risk of fraud, all refunds will only be credited back via the original payment method used for purchases.
