Our site uses PayPal for all purchase transactions. We do not collect or retain credit card information. Orders are process after payment confirmations are received from PayPal.  Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.  We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.

MINORS
Our site is deemed for “general audience” and not geared toward children. In order to protect the privacy of children, our site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without express parental consent. “Lean2Pro” by product and name is the intellectual property of Shaztech Enterprises. Any unauthorised copying of images for the purpose of reverse engineering, copying, manufacturing for personal or commercial use or distribution will be deemed to be in breach of intellectual or copyright laws.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
The “Lean2Pro” portable dartboard may pose a falls risk.  Shaztech Enterprises will not be held liable for injury or damage that may occur from improper use.  It is the purchaser’s responsibility to read the instruction book provided with every ‘Lean2Pro” portable dartboard stand carefully, so as to avoid possible injury or damage. It is recommended that the “Lean2Pro” portable dartboard stand is not to be used by children under 12 years of age without supervision or left assembled in situ where babies or infants may be left unattended.
