Return Policy

All returns must be authorised. Please contact us by email to receive a return authorisation number.

Please include invoice number and a complete explanation for requesting a return authorisation number.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. When shipping items back, please include:

1. Invoice number and date
2. Reason for return
3. Request for credit or replacement
4. Return Authorisation number

Handling and administraion fees may be charged at our discretion.

We aim to please and will gladly replace or credit items which are defective or have been shipped in error.
